What: A six week, half term course offered twice a semester. Topics covered include major Additive Manufacturing technologies, using CAD, designing parts for printing, using FDM printers, the Polyjet printer, and laser cutting. This class assumes zero prior knowledge of CAD or 3D Printing. There are multiple projects in the course. A computer is required.
Where: The course meets once a week for 90 minutes in the Makerspace.
Grading: One credit hour. Satisfactory/Unsatisfactory

What: A six week, half term course offered once a semester. It covers subtractive machining and machine shop safety.
Where: The course meets once a week for 90 minutes in the COE Machine Shop.

What: A full term course, offered once a semester. The class project is building a Bluetooth speaker. Topics covered include use of CNC mills, electronic test equipment, PCB design, programming and more. Project based course – extensive computer and Makerspace lab use required.
Where: The course meets once a week for two hours in the Makerspace.
Grading: ENGR 111 and ENGR 112 prerequisite, or instructor approval. Two credit hours. Letter grading.
